Peter’s background in agriculture and food technology led him to establish Food Spectrum in 1980. He has a long and distinguished career having served on many influential government, industry and management bodies. Among other roles he is a Past President and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology; and is currently a member of the Queensland Government’s Smart State Council; Manufacturing Leaders Group; and Food Industry Advisory Council.
