Food Spectrum's CEO Mark Betts joined the business in 2005, bringing a wealth of executive management experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in Australia.
Mark's career extends over 30 years, in the food and manufacturing industries, having completed studies in both Dairy Technology and Management.
Mark over recent years has been pivotal in driving the Food Spectrum's diversification strategy to compliment and grow the existing core business.
