Prior to joining Food Spectrum John had 19 years experience in Operation and R&D roles. His experience covers food and beverage product development and manufacture, including canned fruit and vegetables; jam; baby foods; cordial; drinks; and aseptic juices. He has expertise using glass, cans and pouch packaging as well as PET warm fill juice glass, hot fill and chilled beverages. John has a degree in Applied Science - Major Food Technology from the University of Queensland. |
